Last week mortgage rates hit an all time low - roughly 4.6%. Its something we have never witnessed in our lifetime. Its almost free money and frankly too good to be true.
At the same time housing prices are lower than they have been in the last 4- 5 years.
However, qualifying for this money is no easy feat. Lenders are more stringent than ever due to the Wall Street debacle last year.
