Its a fact that the residential market is much quieter in the summer months than it is in the spring and fall. However, this can be quite an opportunity for buyers and sellers alike. Buyers will have far less competition for the houses they are most interested in. And sellers will have far less inventory to compete against. Some may call this the off season- I say its time to go shopping.
