The newest study by the Otteau Valuation Group ( a revered real estate research firm) reinforces the value of buying real estate in commuter friendly towns in NJ. The company concludes that homes along the Midtown Direct train line have basically held their value during this tumultous market. Now that the New York City market is beginning to rebound our towns will benefit from the overflow and will most likley see prices climb and as soon as Spring 2011.
