Why it Might Just Be A Very Good Time to Buy a Home

In a recent article from the Wall Street Journal titled "Why its Time to Buy,"they used some great visuals to show the trends in the current residential market.  

The first graph shows how homes have become far more affordable now since home prices are more in line  with buyer's income levels.

The second graph demonstrates that home prices are now basically back to their values prior to the 2006 bubble.
